MY technician was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He patiently explained the problem with my garage door-opener and discussed my options to repair it or replace it. I like the fact that he didn't just try to sell me a new opener as soon as he walked into the garage like the other guy who pronounced my opener "dead" (my word choice) before inspecting it. I decided to purchase a new belt driven garage door opener with the built-in camera and LED light after he explained the promotional savings compared to a non-camera unit. The motor is impressively quiet making it hard for us to tell when another family member has made it home. One note: if you want to save and view video footage from camera later, you will have to buy a subscription to My-Q. I think they have 2 or 3 different plans to choose from.

Highly recommend Precision Door Service. Called and they were able to schedule my appointment the very next morning. The service technician, Ryan Fisher, was prompt, very courteous and personable, and explained everything the was doing. Although it was a simple fix, he went the extra mile checking everything out. Exceptional customer service!!!

Precision is easily getting 5 out of 5 stars from me. Quick turnaround from my call requesting service to the technician arrival time, plus the sent out a true professional. Mr. John Lane knew exactly what the problem was, he gave a complete inspection to check for other issues, gave me a fair estimate, got right to work and taught me how to better maintain my garage door during the repair process. I couldn't have asked for better service. They will definitely get the call when I need service or upgrades in the future.

Shawn did an excellent job in repairing my garage door. He arrive at the scheduled time, easily diagnosed the fix and did it. Additionally, he replaced the the seal on the bottom of the door. He was friendly, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I'm hoping I have no future problems but if I do, I'll call Precision first.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon; I reached out to Precision by their online service and an appointment was scheduled for the next day...on a Sunday! Chris arrived on time, explained the entire process and what needed to be done and the cost before he began. My garage doors now function better and are quieter than they did when first installed! I don't say this very often, but this company exceeded my expectations! Would recommend very highly!

We work hard to fix the door RIGHT the first time and fix everything that is needed. Others want to fix just enough to have customers calling back in a few months to fix something else...we want to to fix it all at once so there isn't another service and labor fee paid by the customer. Quick response (the next day). Joel was friendly and polite. No pushy up selling, just gave all the options. All repairs were done quickly and how to use the new equipment was well explained. Everything works perfectly(and there were multiple issues). Have used other garage door repair companies and Precision Garage was far and away the best service we’ve received. Would absolutely recommend!

Within 2hrs of contacting Precision Door about having someone to come to our house to evaluate our non-functioning garage door and the possibility of having a new garage door installed, Jason showed up on time. The receptionist I spoke to worked with me to give a appointment time that worked with my schedule and Jason was outstanding in accessing the problem and working with us to get the garage door open so my wife could get her car out plus he took the time to answer our questions and to offer his professional opinion when we asked. The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. The answered my questions and explained how to change the entry code on my new key pad and reset my opener so that my garage door would would close. It appears the the Overhead tech had set it improperly.

Response time was great, arrived on time, and completed an evaluation. Replaced with new springs, opener, door seal, and maintenance. All this was accomplished within a 2-3 hour time frame. Very well satisfied with all. Eliminated 90% of the noise I was having. Appreciation to Patrick and Glen, Thank you.
