Highly recommend Precision Door Service. Called and they were able to schedule my appointment the very next morning. The service technician, Ryan Fisher, was prompt, very courteous and personable, and explained everything the was doing. Although it was a simple fix, he went the extra mile checking everything out. They installed my new garage door opener in 2014. When my garage door became possessed Saturday morning at 2:45am I called and someone answered. He sent Ryan out at 10 am that morning. Where else can you get that kind of service? Thank you Precision. I was very upset about my door repeatedly opening and closing continuously. In 18 years have never had such an experience with a door.

Ryan Fisher helped us understand which replacement door was best for our needs and our budget, and he installed the motor and keypads super quickly. He was respectful and quiet, and showed us all how to use the remotes and new features we weren't used to. He even showed our toddler how it worked! I was highly impressed by the services from Precision today . My garage door opener overhead unit was dangling by only 1 metal strip & I feared it would fall on my car. I was elated n relieved that Ryan was able to come to my rescue on a Saturday - w/out charging additional fees for weekend service . Ryan called to say he was on the way n arrived on time - actually early . He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Ryan quickly assessed the problem and fixed it - but then he also checked other components and replaced / added additional stringer screws to ensure stability. I was so relieved I didn’t have to purchase a new unit . Also , the cost was very reasonable. Before leaving , Ryan also placed a sticker with Precision contact information above the garage release button so it was easily accessible should I encounter problems in the future . I highly recommend Precision - 5*+ n will definitely recommend this company to family/ friends / neighbors. Call Precision 1st - they’re the best !

I think you were the 3rd company I called and the only one that offered 1-day service. Your receptionist said you had a technician in the Belleville area and he could get to me in a very short time. II agreed to the termss cite4d and he appeared within an hour. In less than 2 hours he had replaced a broken spring, 2 cables, did a test run, lubed the system and asked me if I had aany questions. I don't remember his name (Ryan?) be he was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. I have filed this invoice in my "who-to-call-" file. Rest assured it will be used wheneven I need your companines services again. On think more. It would be beneficial th old guys like me whose memory is as it used to be , to enclude your technician's name on the invoice. thank you.

Fantastic Costumer service and turnaround time!! I called Friday night and technician showed up Saturday morning, 10 minutes before the appointment even. Got the springs replaced and even lubricated main components of the track system, will call them for any future work for sure! Thank you so much
