I am impressed with the service you provided for me this morning. Will Mulholland was courteous, knowledgeable, and was here within 30 - 40 minutes of my call. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the work in a timely manner. He even handed me your sticker which other companys just attach automatically. I told him to just stick it over the one from Overhead Door Company. We have used Overhead Door for years, but no more. You can't beat the service from Precision Door. I will spread the word. Will was exceptional, very professional, clearly explained my options, and completed the Opener / Spring installation. Will took the time to review the job to make sure I was satisfied. I was able to have them come the next day even though it was a Saturday morning. Ryan explained what was wrong and how he could fix it and got it all done in under an hour. He also told me that I should use garage door oil on the hinges twice a year. I’d never even heard of it but it will improve the life of my door. Very reasonably priced and hopefully I won’t need them again for a long time but will call them first if I do!

Your technician, Dejuan, was excellent. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough. My garage doors now go up and down smoothly and quietly, and I believe they’ll stay that way for quite some time. Also, I appreciated the new rollers Dejuan recommended installing. The job wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for, and Dejuan did a quality job.
