The technician, Glen Lemp, was very professional, and if I may say, just really a very nice and polite young man. He worked quickly and explained everything he was doing very well. I called Thursday night with broken springs on a 15 year old chain drive system. Precision gave me a Friday window from 10:00am to 12:00.Technician Dejuan Harris showed up at my house 10:15 sharp. Dejuan was very professional explaining all my options. I chose to also replace the motor with a top of the line belt drive system. More expensive than I expected but piece of mind with a life time warranty. Love the LED lights. The installation was perfect! Thank you Dejuan! ????????

Fast, reliable, professional, courteous service! This is my second time working with this company. Both times were excellent experiences! Setting up a service appointment is easy and you are promptly put on the schedule. You can call to schedule, or, do an online appointment. I opted for calling, and spoke with a LIVE service representative!!!! Ryan was our service technician both times. The first time Ryan replaced a broken spring on one of our garage doors. He replaced the spring, and the garage door function was as good as new. This second experience, was to replace our aging and antiquated 17 year old garage door openers. We were able to choose the best model for our needs. There was no pressure to up sell! Ryan has excellent skills, is easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs! Thanks again!
