I made a call to Precision Door at 7:30a on a Thursday and a technician, Brett Warfel, was at our door within the hour. Brett was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about providing top-notch customer service. We had a nice conversation about hockey and almost forgot that it was 25° outside. He explained the various options in detail and ensured price, warranty and life of the newly installed product were clear before I made any decision. Let me begin by telling you I was a customer service regional manager for a large company and know the nuances of excellent customer service. From my initial call for a service appointment to the final moments of the solution to my problem your team was exceptional. Your service person Brett called fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled window and inquired about the nature of the problem. He arrived on schedule and proceeded to analyze the failure of the opener. He clearly articulated the options and did not try to oversell a replacement opener. After a brief discussion he proceeded to remove the old unit and install a new opener. He completed the installation as projected and closed the call by ensuring I knew fully how to use the various controls. If I were in a position to rate Brett's professionalism I would rate him at the top of the scale. Hopefully your other technicians are able to learn from his skills and enthusiasm. There isn't much to separate some service companies these days other than just that...service. This one excels. If an emergency garage door repair experience can even go well, this one was as great as I guess it can get.Brett, the service tech, was here on time and took the extra time to explain every single issue with me, and offered a few different solutions. This, all after a safety check of the equipment. Pricing was detailed and discussed prior to any work being done, and Brett explained each step. The work was completed, and once again he walked me through everything providing me with confidence that the job was complete and done properly. All companies need a representative like him. Every service company could learn something from the way this one operates.

Excellent service! Called with a door travel problem and Brett was there within 2 hours to fix the problem. Just a loose wire caused by a possum but he found it, fixed it and did a quick PM. Really nice guy, would highly recommend.

I chose Precision because of their high ratings. I called them on a Monday at 3:00 and they were at my house the next morning at 8:00am to install an opener on my single bay. Great communication by the company and technician. Brett was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job checking my doors and made a couple adjustments to my existing opener and doors.
