From the start, the staff at Precision were polite and helpful. The woman who scheduled our appointment was polite and consise. Brett was great! He is very knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. Garage door repair went well. The man only came in the garage. I was surprised that there was an additional charge to tighten 2 screws and lubricate the door. But the peace of mind was worth it.

I had Brett come to my home to look at my opener. He diagnosed it very quickly and showed be that a gear had broken. He reviewed my options with me and I decided to have it replaced. He had the old one out and the new one up with in an hour. Great service and I was amazed how fast they showed up I had called at about 1.30pm and he was completed by 4.00pm. That was remarkable that hardly ever happens these days.thanks again Brett!
