The spring on our garage door broke Saturday late afternoon. The garage door was replaced in 2016, I called the company that installed it, spoke with an answering service, & was told they would leave them a message, & someone would be in touch Monday morning. Then I called Precision, spoke with a very helpful person & had an appointment for Monday AM bet 8 & 10. Brett, the tech called around 7:30, & was here around 8:00. He was very professional & personable, he answered all of my questions & explained everything about the repair! Precision Garage Door was great to work with. I called them in the evening and their technician Brett Warfel was at my house at 8:00 am. the next morning. Brett analyzed my issues, also checked my second garrage door and found issues with that. He quoted me an exact figure and fixed everything. He did a great job. Brett was professional and a very nice person. I enjoyed talking hockey with him and watching him work. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

Brett, our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Also called prior to arrival with 30 minutes notice and was in the time window provided, which is always nice. We had to replace some parts and the whole job was done in just over an hour. Also same day service from when I called Precision to explain what was wrong. Staff was friendly and we will use them for any future issues!
