Patrick Matthews was the technician who installed my new garage door opener. I could not have asked for better service. He gave multiple options and explained each one. He also ensure the opener worked and that I was comfortable with it's operation. The company was quick to respond and professional throughout the entire process. Amazing service! I called Precision on Monday morning at about 8:40. Keith showed up at 9:17am and gave me a very fair price quote within 5 minutes. He had the correct torsion coil springs on his truck, installed them, did a quick inspection of my second door system and was gone by 9:50. Fast. Professional. Affordable.

Outstanding service. Technician (Joe) was very personable and provided great detail about the door and recommendations! Our door (one of the springs) failed on a Saturday and they were able to make the repair the next morning without any extra charges. We will use them again without a doubt!

Customer service was outstanding from my initial call to job completion. Follow up and status were great. Our technician, Will, contacted us within a few minutes of my initial call to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived at the time he said he would.
