The cost was more than I expected to spend but I didn't know the door parts were in that bad of shape. The work was done in a timely manner. The repairman was very friendly and did a good job, also he pointed out everything that needed to be replaced and showed me the worn out parts he replaced, I was very satisfied with how everything turned out.

I was referred to Precision by the Smiths and I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and kind the tech was. His name was Patrick and he didn't try to sell me a new door or anything I didn't need. He looked at it and said it was still a descent door and he could repair it. I told him I couldn't really afford a new door but he gave me an estimate just in case I would change my mind. I couldn't have asked for a better person to service my door.

Amazing service! I called Precision on Monday morning at about 8:40. Keith showed up at 9:17am and gave me a very fair price quote within 5 minutes. He had the correct torsion coil springs on his truck, installed them, did a quick inspection of my second door system and was gone by 9:50. Fast. Professional. Affordable.

Our technician, Will, contacted us within a few minutes of my initial call to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived at the time he said he would.
