He is knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and friendly. He clearly explained what needed to be repaired, gave a specific price quote for the work to be done, and gave an accurate estimate for the time it would take. He was also kind enough to replace my burned-out garage light bulbs so that I didn't have to get on a ladder to do it myself. Many thanks for a job well done.

I am so very happy with the whole process of scheduling an appointment all the way thru to John, the technician who repaired my door! John was the best, he went above and beyond his duty for getting my garage door working again. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door! New rollers and eye sensors were installed. One of the sensors was not working and the rollers had a lot of wear and tear.

The man that scheduled our appointment was both friendly and professional. Brett, the Tech that installed our new garage door opener was prompt, friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable and did an excellent job in every way and left no mess at all.
