Arrived very quick. Brett from Precision is awesome. He thoroughly checked the whole door and mechanics and quickly determined the issue. He thoroughly explained everything to me and covered the pricing options. He was able to do the work very quickly and once again explained and answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant and respectful. Great job and I highly recommend this company and Brett.

MY technician was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He patiently explained the problem with my garage door-opener and discussed my options to repair it or replace it. I like the fact that he didn't just try to sell me a new opener as soon as he walked into the garage like the other guy who pronounced my opener "dead" (my word choice) before inspecting it. I decided to purchase a new belt driven garage door opener with the built-in camera and LED light after he explained the promotional savings compared to a non-camera unit. The motor is impressively quiet making it hard for us to tell when another family member has made it home. One note: if you want to save and view video footage from camera later, you will have to buy a subscription to My-Q. I think they have 2 or 3 different plans to choose from.

Average price on Google was $250-350 and we paid $575 But cannot get cars out of garage so kind if a necessity! Appreciated the great response which made the cost a little more understandable. Replacement done within an hour!
