Very prompt and actually early. Very friendly and competent. Price was much more than expected. Average price on Google was $250-350 and we paid $575 But cannot get cars out of garage so kind if a necessity! Appreciated the great response which made the cost a little more understandable. Replacement done within an hour!

We contacted Precision due to weekend availability, same day service, and because we purchased an insulated door from Precision in 2014. Patrick M. arrived quickly, conducted an inspection and explained our options. He was professional, very patient and thorough. Our garage door opener was at the 20-year mark. The cost was more than I expected to spend but I didn't know the door parts were in that bad of shape. The work was done in a timely manner. The repairman was very friendly and did a good job, also he pointed out everything that needed to be replaced and showed me the worn out parts he replaced, I was very satisfied with how everything turned out.

I was referred to Precision by the Smiths and I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and kind the tech was. His name was Patrick and he didn't try to sell me a new door or anything I didn't need. He looked at it and said it was still a descent door and he could repair it. I told him I couldn't really afford a new door but he gave me an estimate just in case I would change my mind. I couldn't have asked for a better person to service my door.
