Precision Door installed my garage door 10 years ago so of course I called them when my door broke. I was able to schedule service quickly. I received a text and then call that my service man, Brett, was on his way. The text included a picture and a little information about Brett, which I appreciated. Brett diagnosed the problem and gave me several options for different levels of fixing it. He was able fix the problem quickly and completely. He also explained everything afterwards so that I understood it all. Excellent service!!

The guys who came out did a wonderful job! Brett di d a good job explaining the issues and laying out the possible ways to fix the door. The online scheduler was great as well. Too often, I get a window that includes the entire day, whereas this was much more manageable.

We’ve used Precision for years! New garage door opener, new rollers & my favorite, is closing the garage door not paying attention that something is in the way & the door is now all crooked!! We always seem to get Ryan as our technician & that’s fine with us, he’s great!! Prior to the technicians arrival, you will receive a text message with a picture of the technician, his/her name & a short bio about them. As a woman & should I be home alone, I know what the technician looks like & his/her name before answering the door! Very comforting!!

I picked your company as overhead door service wanted $2000 to come replace a torsion spring on my garage door and had used them for 10 yearsnwhen i was a Maintenance supervisor and told them paying a man $275 a hour to drive to my house then $275 back home was insane plus almost $1200-$1400 to replace spring Im glad i picked your company amd Matt did a great job and will use you in the future and will give your name to anyone who needs garage door work and hope you keep doing what you are doing as the people that dont have corporate size bank accounts appreciate a company like you have!!

After struggling for hours, without success in installing a remote control pad for our garage opener, we set an appointment with Precision on a cold, snowy Saturday evening. The enquiry phone contact with the company was simple, clear, with information texted later about the technician, the estimated cost, and the ETA. We received a prompt appointment confirmation, identification information about Brady D., the technician, who phoned to give his schedule. He arrived on time, listened patiently to our description of the problem, and began work right away. In a few minutes, he had repaired the opener and tested it. Brady was clearly skilled and responsive. We were relieved and satisfied with the repairs. Brett Warfel and his assistant (trainee?) were awesome. Called on the way, showed up on time and explained the process completely and concisely. From there, they walked me through the estimate options of work that needed to be done, suggested additional work and more comprehensive additional options. The work was done with pride of workmanship. Clean up was perfect, no trace left behind. 10/10 would recommend
