I needed a new garage door opener installed and Precision made it so easy. I made my appt online and got a confirmation email right away. Before my appt, I got a call and a text from my installer Chris, with his picture and bio. He installed the opener, a few cracked hinges, and new rollers in 1.5 hours and then explained everything in great detail. The new opener is so quiet. I’m very happy with their service!

Technician was fine. Problem was the office. When I asked if they could fix the problem she said yes. When the guy got here different story. He explained it all quite well but there is no way that m paying that for a garage door opener install.

Brady came out to our house to inspect why our garage door wasn’t working. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining what was the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Never felt pressured to agree to the service. He fixed the problem and our garage door functions like new.
