My garage door spring broke on Sunday. I could not get out of the garage and needed to today. Other companies were not open and I called Precision, who was open and available to respond on Sunday. I asked if they charged extra for Sunday -no they don’t. Matt came out within 2 hours and did a great job replacing the spring and bearings. He adjusted the door, wheels and even the opener. I was totally impressed with the overall service I received. Thanks Precision Garage!

Glen showed up within the window of time I was given. Our tension spring had broke. I asked him to look over the entire setup for other problems. He indicated there were additional problems and explained everything in detail. Once we agreed on what need service I approved the work. He was done in about 40 minutes. He showed me all the repairs he made and the old parts he replaced. Excellent job. Thanks for Sunday service availability.
