Matt was so professional, explained everything, answered all my questions, nice, and knowledgeable. I would and have recommended Precision to others. Response time was great, arrived on time, and completed an evaluation. Replaced with new springs, opener, door seal, and maintenance. All this was accomplished within a 2-3 hour time frame.
