One of our garage door cables came off and even though we were able to reattach it and get the opener to work, the door was crooked. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on a Saturday morning and the woman who answered was very nice and said someone would be there in 2-3 hours. A short time later Shawn called and said he was in the area and would be here in about 6 minutes. When Shawn arrived I told him we tried fixing it ourselves and he advised us of the danger of torsion spring doors and was glad nobody was hurt. In a very short while he straightened the door and had it functioning like new. Very friendly service from the call to the quick repair. I highly recommend them.

So I did a dumb thing with my garage door - ladder too tall - tried to put up garage door by accident - ladder knocked the door off the rail on one side. Precision was able to get me in on the same day within 2 HOURS!!! (10 degrees outside day). Just so nice to deal with and technicians were just so amazing and fast. Didn't make me feel dumb but i hope I gave them a laugh for the day!

All around excellent company. Quick service, called mid morning, had someone out by early afternoon. Patrick was great to work with. Very professional, explained everything and gave his recommendations on what needed to be done and why but not trying to force me to buy something that I didn’t want or need, let me decide on how I wanted to go about it.
