We had a great experience. I contacted precision via the online chat last night and was able to have someone come out the next morning. Our technician did a full evaluation, explained everything to us, and gave us up front pricing on all our different options. We were not pressured at all. We are very happy with the great service we received as well as our new garage door opener.

Brent did a fantastic job on BOTH my garage doors. Brent initially arrived to give me an analysis on what is needed to make my one of my garage door usable again. He looked at the first of my two doors and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work that was needed and with the Senior Discount, it was what I needed to proceed with the job. I'm referring to door openers and hardware that were over 29 years old! Brent also gave me an estimate of when he would be completed with this work since I could not remain onsite while he did the renovation of my door hardware and door opener. He did a marvelous work even beyond this U.S. Marine's high expectations! This was for a house I renovated earlier this year and last. After seeing the outstanding work Brent did, I asked him to come back and possibly do a renovation of door #2. Brent came back a couple days later (on time again!) and did same outstanding work and now my garage doors work as smooth as silk. So quiet, they are barely noticed when in use! Well, let me tell you, since getting my garage doors RENOVATED, I will be moving into that house as my new home! Now, with BOTH garage doors working, and so very economically done by Brent at Precision, it was the crowning piece of my construction efforts! I love my garage doors and with the WI-FI feature and app, I can operate the doors from anywhere! I'm near retirement and was glad to receive the Senior Citizens discount. (They have Military Discount too!) That all made me WELL PLEASED to give my business to the expert named Brent at Precision! Yes, I made the "Precision Decision" and it was 100% accurate! Thanks, Brent! Job well done!!

We were very pleased with the service we received and would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs. We have a lot of confidence in Precision because of positive prior experience with your company and its employees. We needed to get an emergency repair done because a spring broke and we couldn't get our door open and out of our garage. The spring broke at 11:00 at night so we called the south county number the next morning at 8:00. The repair staff showed up by 8:30 and had finished the spring repairs by 10:30. We were very impressed with the work done by Brett Warfel and Megan. They both were very professional and polite. They answered our questions and were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Brett explained very thoroughly what needed to be done and how much it would cost including a senior discount.
