We have always had a great experience with Precision! We flip houses & recently called them for a house we were needing to get on the market right away and they came out the next day & installed 2 new openers and everything with it. The tech, Dejuan, was very professional, walked us through all the options & got everything installed in a timely manner. We also appreciate the great customer service we get when we call the office. We will continue to use them!

He repaired/ installed new garage door parts and a new opener. Dejuan was very knowledgeable, respectful, and an all-around good guy. Scheduling online was simple and quick, and I was able to get the appointment time that I was looking for. My service technician Brady Decker called and asked if he could come earlier than my initial appointment which was ok. He was friendly and very professional. Before any maintenance was performed, he gave me the cost ahead of anything that was to be done, and the work did not take long.
