Excellent service! Called with a door travel problem and Brett was there within 2 hours to fix the problem. Just a loose wire caused by a possum but he found it, fixed it and did a quick PM. Really nice guy, would highly recommend.

Looked on google for someone servicing Lake St Louis. Called before 7am & someone answered right away. I was able to get a 2 hr window appt same day. Technician came right at 10. Very personable and I am happy with job. He said my door was very close to breaking spring and trapping my car. That I knew so am so relieved to have it fixed. Thank you for peompt service.

I selected Precision overhead door service, after doing a Google search. The Customer Service Department was very courteous and accommodating, when scheduling my initial appointment. Patrick Mathews was the technician that came out to my home. He measured for a replacement garage door. Patrick was very professional and friendly. He explained the install procedure and answered all my questions, about the various garage doors. Patrick was knowledgeable about the company and the product's. My experience was Awesome! I’ve used your company before that is why I called for service of a broken spring on a double wide glass garage door. Tried giving the part number for the spring to the scheduler. I was assured it wasn’t needed. Technician arrived very quickly from the original call. Technician Viewed the broken spring and called his office and was advised to tell me they wouldn’t handle. The technician acted very professional and I reassured him that I knew he was only the messenger. I was never quoted a price to replace the spring. I was then quoted 357 for a temporary clamp on the spring. I said NO THANKS AND CALLED OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY!!
