I made a call to Precision Door at 7:30a on a Thursday and a technician, Brett Warfel, was at our door within the hour. Brett was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about providing top-notch customer service. We had a nice conversation about hockey and almost forgot that it was 25° outside. He explained the various options in detail and ensured price, warranty and life of the newly installed product were clear before I made any decision. I feel very confident in the service that was provided by Precision Door and Brett. Thanks for all the help!

The tech was very friendly and helpful, he did not have the piece needed and went to Home Depot to look for it with no luck. It seems like a pretty common piece I would think your people would have on hand. 5 stars for him, 0 for the company.

My past garage door service provider retired, and I had a friend tell me about Precision maybe six weeks ago. I found out that a spring had broken, so I called Precision before 5pm Thursday, and Ryan Fisher (Service Technician) called me at 7:40am Friday morning to let me know that he would be at my house within 30 minutes. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the things he would be looking at, and then broke down the costs of the owns and the repair. No pressure...it felt like I was dealing with a family member.

Brent Gregory repaired our garage door today - he was very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We have had a number of repairs done in the past but problems continued to arise. Let me begin by telling you I was a customer service regional manager for a large company and know the nuances of excellent customer service. From my initial call for a service appointment to the final moments of the solution to my problem your team was exceptional. Your service person Brett called fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled window and inquired about the nature of the problem. He arrived on schedule and proceeded to analyze the failure of the opener. He clearly articulated the options and did not try to oversell a replacement opener. After a brief discussion he proceeded to remove the old unit and install a new opener. He completed the installation as projected and closed the call by ensuring I knew fully how to use the various controls. If I were in a position to rate Brett's professionalism I would rate him at the top of the scale. Hopefully your other technicians are able to learn from his skills and enthusiasm. There isn't much to separate some service companies these days other than just that...service. This one excels. If an emergency garage door repair experience can even go well, this one was as great as I guess it can get.Brett, the service tech, was here on time and took the extra time to explain every single issue with me, and offered a few different solutions. This, all after a safety check of the equipment. Pricing was detailed and discussed prior to any work being done, and Brett explained each step. The work was completed, and once again he walked me through everything providing me with confidence that the job was complete and done properly. All companies need a representative like him. Every service company could learn something from the way this one operates.
