Called for a broken spring and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Technician Brett Warfel arrived and was greeted by a challenging situation. We have a Corvette that was unable to be moved from the space where he would need to replace the spring. Brett was very professional, engaging, and respectful of our property. After discussion with my husband, he explained what work needed to be done, along with three options and costs. There was no pressure which option to pick and no complaining about the difficult working situation. Will definitely use Precision again and have told friends and neighbors what wonderful service.

William was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He finished the job ahead of schedule and everything was amazing and so quiet when operating the new opener. The new springs and rollers made a big difference. Especially nice was the how he explained the safety aspect of the door operation and weight bearing specs that were extremely unsafe with the existing operation. After completing the job he was very thorough on explaining everything and showing us how all the safety concerns were corrected with the new install. He helped program all the openers and key pad device as well as explaining the app features. We couldn’t be happier with the work and professionalism by William!

I recently moved back to Chesterfield from Florida and bought the home next to my former home. The garage door was not working properly and struggling to go up or to come down. I had used Precision through the years on my former homes before I moved to Florida. They sent out their technician, Brett, the next morning to service this garage door. Brett was so professional and examined the garage door very professionally. He explained to me why it was making all this noise and struggling to go up and to come down. Brett gave me different options and their cost to repair the garage door. When he completed servicing it, Brett showed me the parts that were replaced and completely worn out. The garage door went up and came down without all the struggling noise. Precision continues to offer first class service.

Mindy, who took my call on a Saturday night, was pleasant and spoke clearly and informatively. She was able to offer a repair appointment for the next day, Sunday, at 10:00 AM. Glen Lemp, the servicing technician, arrived on time and quickly presented several options. He then proceeded to professionally replace the broken spring and its mated, tested the spring operation using the door opener, and lubricated all the hinges. Installation time was about 45 minutes. Excellent, professional, cordial service.

I called Precision at 6:30am on a Wednesday morning because my garage door wouldn't open, and they had a service tech at my house by 9am. A spring had broken the night before which caused the issue. By 9am their technician, Brady, was at our house and walking me through options to repair. Our system was old and at the end of it's useful life, 15+ years. It made sense to install a whole new set of springs, motor, and accompanying parts. Brady provided great customer service, walked me through the repair, was courteous and kind even with kids running around and was complete with all of the work in about 2 hours. The immediate turnaround time and customer service provided by the phone operator and Brady blew my mind. I would highly recommend Precision to family and friends!!
