Outstanding customer service! The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also gave me options after reviewing my garage door. I contacted them after a cable broke not allowing us to close the door. We contacted them and they had someone out in a couple hours. I told him about another issue we had with the door not wanting to close infrequently and he was able to fix that problem as well. He gave me some long term maintenance tips and advised me to not use LED lights in the opener. Nobody wants to pay for these repairs but this experience eased the pain.

This is the second time I have used Precision Door. I would recommend them to anyone. They are on time, extremely professional, and their rates are very good. I installed a new opener but my safety sensor was not working, Patrick found the wire had a break in it and just ran a new wire for me.

I love that they were available on a Sunday morning. The representative online was courteous and Patrick the technician was very friendly and helpful. The cable on my door had come off and he took care of that as well as replacing all of the rollers to a better quality and checked everything to make sure it was perfect.
