All around excellent company. Quick service, called mid morning, had someone out by early afternoon. Patrick was great to work with. Very professional, explained everything and gave his recommendations on what needed to be done and why but not trying to force me to buy something that I didn’t want or need, let me decide on how I wanted to go about it. Service was prompt, Technician Patrick had good presentation he gave options of repair cost along with explanation of needed repairs, There was an issue with the service charge But was quickly resolved after a phone call to customer service, one concern is a walk thru after work completed should take place to avoid any customer questions and clarity of work preformed and charges. Which also avoids another service call . Charges for service a little pricey to reuse old parts. Overall I would use again because of the companies effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meh. I paid quite a handsome sum for an "I think" diagnosis of an issue that really just leads me to purchase a new opener (he didn't have the electric part i needed w him). I wasn't sold on the idea he knew what he was talking about...seemed green. Plus he was super early and disrupted my work and I was trying to deal w him AND my client on the phone. Overall just an unpleasant experience. Didn't hate it, definitely didn't love it. Likely won't use Precision again.

Patrick came over inspected my repair needs and took information to replace a panel on my garage door. His boss called me later and told me they would prefer to not do the work on my door because it's not a type of door they have access to order parts for maintenance purposes. This company was kind enough to give me a free review of my situation. I would give them highest rating because of their willingness to want to help although this particular door is not within their bailiwick. I have been able to establish support from other companies.

Great service from the installer Patrick. On time and was really fast installing a door opener. I give him 5 stars. The one downside was the lack of options in products on hand. I was told by dispatch that I could only choose from what is on truck that day. I would have liked the option to pick from any of the listed openers on the site. I would recommend Precision and will likely be using them again.

It was a Sunday afternoon... We were on our way out of town when our garage door broke and would not close.we were packed and walking out the door and thought for sure our trip was canceled because we wouldn’t be able to get someone out to fix it until the next day. We had them out to repair our garage door several weeks ago. They did a great job, however a few days ago our door stopped opening correctly. We scheduled another call and thankfully it was an easy 5 minute fix of a loose bolt. I was also pleased they waived the second service e call as a courtesy to us. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for garage door repair or replacement.
