Highly recommend Precision Door Service. Called and they were able to schedule my appointment the very next morning. The service technician, Ryan Fisher, was prompt, very courteous and personable, and explained everything the was doing. Although it was a simple fix, he went the extra mile checking everything out. Exceptional customer service!!!

They installed my new garage door opener in 2014. When my garage door became possessed Saturday morning at 2:45am I called and someone answered. He sent Ryan out at 10 am that morning. Where else can you get that kind of service? Thank you Precision. I was very upset about my door repeatedly opening and closing continuously. In 18 years have never had such an experience with a door.

Outstanding customer service! The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He also gave me options after reviewing my garage door. I contacted them after a cable broke not allowing us to close the door. We contacted them and they had someone out in a couple hours. I told him about another issue we had with the door not wanting to close infrequently and he was able to fix that problem as well. He gave me some long term maintenance tips and advised me to not use LED lights in the opener. Nobody wants to pay for these repairs but this experience eased the pain.

My garage door opener went kaput after 20 years and needed to be replaced. Brett with Precision installed new cable and replaced opener in about an hour. He was very nice and was actually a pleasant experience considering I’m not a patient person and hate when anything breaks. I would highly recommend them.

Precision is easily getting 5 out of 5 stars from me. Quick turnaround from my call requesting service to the technician arrival time, plus the sent out a true professional. Mr. John Lane knew exactly what the problem was, he gave a complete inspection to check for other issues, gave me a fair estimate, got right to work and taught me how to better maintain my garage door during the repair process. I couldn't have asked for better service. They will definitely get the call when I need service or upgrades in the future.
