Precision is easily getting 5 out of 5 stars from me. Quick turnaround from my call requesting service to the technician arrival time, plus the sent out a true professional. Mr. John Lane knew exactly what the problem was, he gave a complete inspection to check for other issues, gave me a fair estimate, got right to work and taught me how to better maintain my garage door during the repair process. I couldn't have asked for better service. They will definitely get the call when I need service or upgrades in the future.

Brent came out within the given time frame, was very professional, skilled, and personable. He was very honest and upfront with the issue and what could be done to save my garage door. He gave me a quote before he started the work and when he was finished he explained everything he had replaced and why.
