I was able to have them come the next day even though it was a Saturday morning. Ryan explained what was wrong and how he could fix it and got it all done in under an hour. He also told me that I should use garage door oil on the hinges twice a year. I’d never even heard of it but it will improve the life of my door. Very reasonably priced and hopefully I won’t need them again for a long time but will call them first if I do!

I found out that a spring had broken, so I called Precision before 5pm Thursday, and Ryan Fisher (Service Technician) called me at 7:40am Friday morning to let me know that he would be at my house within 30 minutes. Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the things he would be looking at, and then broke down the costs of the owns and the repair. No pressure...it felt like I was dealing with a family member.
