Highly recommend. The spring finally broke on my 60 year old garage door. I did not ask for immediate service but they responded quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable and said he was able to do the job right away. He completed the job in little time and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Megan came out today to fix our garage door. She was early, very conscientious and knowledgeable. She saw immediately what the problem was and fixed it in less than an hour. We knew we needed a new garage door, and she put together a very reasonable proposal for us, which we accepted. We couldn’t ask for a more professional person and company to do business with…a 5-star experience!

Rating based on our technician John...he's 6 stars & awesome...honest, thorough & polite! I did not know from my original call, about a labor charge in addition to the cost of unit & service charge...this was quite deceiving as I asked about total cost and labor charge was NOT mentioned. Though on the plus, they came out (& completed) job the same afternoon I called.

I had Brett come to my home to look at my opener. He diagnosed it very quickly and showed be that a gear had broken. He reviewed my options with me and I decided to have it replaced. He had the old one out and the new one up with in an hour. Great service and I was amazed how fast they showed up I had called at about 1.30pm and he was completed by 4.00pm. That was remarkable that hardly ever happens these days.thanks again Brett!
