I did not know from my original call, about a labor charge in addition to the cost of unit & service charge...this was quite deceiving as I asked about total cost and labor charge was NOT mentioned. Though on the plus, they came out (& completed) job the same afternoon I called.

I had Brett come to my home to look at my opener. He diagnosed it very quickly and showed be that a gear had broken. He reviewed my options with me and I decided to have it replaced. He had the old one out and the new one up with in an hour. Great service and I was amazed how fast they showed up I had called at about 1.30pm and he was completed by 4.00pm. That was remarkable that hardly ever happens these days.thanks again Brett!
