What a easy great experience. You sent over Dejuan Harris and he had a new employee with him. Both these guys were polite and easy to work with. They were able to solve my issues quickly and get both my doors working again properly. I have 2 different garage doors, one is very old and is extremely old. They were able to get both units up and running. It is great to see two intelligent hard working polite working who want to do the right thing to help a customer in need.

Matthew Brewer showed up at my house and he is an absolute asset for sure to his craft and I swear my garage door works better than it did before I jacked it all up!? I called Precision at 8am to schedule a repair, they asked what type & I told them it was off track & unable to close. They scheduled me that same day between 2 & 4pm. I was texted at 1:30pm & told the tech was on his way. Dejuan showed up a few minutes before 2 pm. He inspected the garage door issue, gave me an estimated cost prior to starting & after getting my approval to proceed, he got to work. He got done just under 90 minutes later. Everything back to normal. He was polite & professional the whole time. We had a holiday party to attend 3 hours after he left. It was nice knowing the garage door was secure once again when we left. I would recommend this company for your garage repair issues.

I read the ratings before I called them and I was immediately impressed with the speed of service they provided to me and the experience of Brent Gregory, the technician they sent out to me. I have never seen anyone more experienced and knowledgable as this guy is In my personal experience with them, Precision is an exceptional company with exceptional employees. I experienced a broken spring in the morning and was basically locked out of my garage, but by the early afternoon repairs were completed and everything was functioning perfectly. No need to call anyone else, if Precision can't provide the service you need, no one can - I can highly recommend them.
