Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained the service he was performing thoroughly. (Installing a new keypad) We forgot to ask about a senior citizen discount since we are over the age of 65. Is it too late to apply for one? When our 20 year old garage door opener started acting up I called Precision (we've used them one time previously) and they were able to schedule an appointment the very same day. John Nair, Service Technician, was extremely polite and professional, troubleshooting, explaining everything, and installing our new opener. Adam did a great job in repairing our garage door with a new reinforcement bar and installation at the base of the door to keep out the cold air and water leakage from outside. He was professional and efficient in his work. I liked seeing the figures and options for the work to be done before the work was started. I first used Precision when I saw your ad in one of the mailers we received after moving to Chesterfield. Keep up the good work!

Great service! I had a broken spring and had it replaced. A co-worker recommended Precision to me and I am glad he gave me the contact info. When technician, Joel, arrived he was very professional, courteous, fast and pleasant to talk with. I really like the look of the new garage doors, the keyless entry, the on-off lights, etc. There was a delay in set-up due to the company mis-measuring during trip #1. The doors are not noise-less by any means BUT much less noise than the doors that were replaced. Overall, I am satisfied!

Request for service: Door will not stay in the up position when operator disconnected from door. This was a replacement spring when the new door was installed (it worked OK). The operator wasn't functioning at all when your technician arrived. Once the spring was tensioned, all the quirks went away. It was as if the operator was confused and lost it's way. I did mess with adjustment, but that was several months prior. I installed the operator in 2002. I'm currently 70 years old with a bum leg and not inclined to work on a ladder adjusting springs. I'm pleased with the quick fix your technician provided. *****
