This was our first experience with Precision and it was great! We called on a Sunday, had an appointment for the same afternoon, the technician was able to come earlier than expected, and everything was completed quickly. 3 hours from the time I called and we basically had a new door. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered some great tips. Great first impression!

Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained the service he was performing thoroughly. (Installing a new keypad) We forgot to ask about a senior citizen discount since we are over the age of 65. Is it too late to apply for one? When our 20 year old garage door opener started acting up I called Precision (we've used them one time previously) and they were able to schedule an appointment the very same day. Adam did a great job in repairing our garage door with a new reinforcement bar and installation at the base of the door to keep out the cold air and water leakage from outside. He was professional and efficient in his work. I liked seeing the figures and options for the work to be done before the work was started. I first used Precision when I saw your ad in one of the mailers we received after moving to Chesterfield. Keep up the good work!
