Our garage door opener was damaged by a lightning storm, was hoping for a minor repair, but discovered that parts were not available even though it was only 4 years old, Brent was very good at explaining & reassuring that the new opener was our only option. He was very friendly, patient & professional with the installation, & features & operation of the new one, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He made sure we understood how everything worked since this unit has more features than just opening & closing the door. He stayed when he was done to make sure all our questions were answered & we were satisfied. Yes, even though this was an expense I didn’t expect, I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thank you Tony, Debbie & Buddy (our puppy)

This is my 2nd service call with Precision. They did a great install on my garage door last year. So I immediately called them when my 13 yr old garage door opener started acting up. I chose Precision because of their high ratings. I called them on a Monday at 3:00 and they were at my house the next morning at 8:00am to install an opener on my single bay. Great communication by the company and technician. Brett was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job checking my doors and made a couple adjustments to my existing opener and doors. Super happy with their service and will use them for any garage door needs in the future!
