I chose Precision because of their high ratings. I called them on a Monday at 3:00 and they were at my house the next morning at 8:00am to install an opener on my single bay. Great communication by the company and technician. Brett was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job checking my doors and made a couple adjustments to my existing opener and doors. Super happy with their service and will use them for any garage door needs in the future!

From the start, the staff at Precision were polite and helpful. The woman who scheduled our appointment was polite and consise. Brett was great! He is very knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. He assessed the problem and gave me alternatives for fixing. He demonstrated the products afterwards and made sure to double check everything.
