Great customer service. I called the 24hr line late in the evening (lighting knocked out our garage door opener) and was told a tech would be out the next day and I would receive a call from the tech with an estimated time of arrival. By the time I was off the phone, I had an email confirmation with the tech's information and appointment information. The next day, as promised, I received a call from Joel, the tech, letting me know what time he would be arriving. Joel was promoted and professional. Another thing that made the service excellent, we didn't have to wait another day to have our opener installed, Joel had the system on his truck.

I appreciate Precision making arrangements to get out to our house within a couple hours. As things would go on the day of our daughters wedding rehearsal, the garage door system broke and we could not get it open. Usually not a big deal however a large amount of stuff was being stored in the garage which was needed for the wedding. New springs, and an opener were install and operational that same afternoon. thank you!

Our serviceman Dew was on time and was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to perform the repair quickly and efficiently. Very good knowledge on what had to be done. Took time to examine the door to assure that all I needed was a new spring. Since our power was out due to the storm .Drew held up the garage door so we could remove our cars so they wouldn't be damaged while he repaired. Thank you for all your hard work and a job well done.

I was very pleased with Precision. I scheduled for the next day with a 2 hour window period. The technician (Chris) called ahead of time and arrived promptly within the given time frame. He fixed the door quickly and was efficient and polite. I had a horrible experience with another service so was greatly relieved when Precision completed the job.
