We couldn't be happier with your company. Our technician, Joel, was very good at his job. He explained what needed to be done at the beginning so we didn't have any surprises. He installed our Springs very quickly and cleaned up everything when he was done. He couldn't have been nicer and more professional. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

I appreciated the e-mail that showed the tech who would be coming, and Chris was respectful, thorough, and helpful as I had to make a decision on the type of service to choose.I also appreciated the uniform for neatness. My daughter used your company about 6 weeks ago and was very impressed. I was dealing with another Overhead Door Company that left me uneasy and decided to switch. Our serviceman Dew was on time and was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to perform the repair quickly and efficiently. Very good knowledge on what had to be done. Took time to examine the door to assure that all I needed was a new spring. Since our power was out due to the storm .Drew held up the garage door so we could remove our cars so they wouldn't be damaged while he repaired. Thank you for all your hard work and a job well done.

Very pleased with the service of Precision Door! The springs on my garage door broke on Tuesday evening and they immediately scheduled service for the next day. The technitian was extremely knowledgable and super polite. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within an hour. I was very pleased with Precision. I scheduled for the next day with a 2 hour window period. The technician (Chris) called ahead of time and arrived promptly within the given time frame. He fixed the door quickly and was efficient and polite. I had a horrible experience with another service so was greatly relieved when Precision completed the job.

When the spring on my garage door broke I decided to look at Angie's list for a recommendation. Upon seeing the excellent reviews for precision door I decided to give them a call. The customer service representative was able to schedule a call the next day at my convenience. the service tech actually called me a little early and was able to come earlier than scheduled which was great for me. It was a nice feature that their website showed the picture of the service tech who would be calling on me. Drew was able to give me a complete and accurate estimate of what my costs were and was able to finish the job within the hour. All in all very satisfied with precision door
