Your service tech Chris, as very through and offered the best repair and I know the correct repair options for my garage door. But due to the age and my budget, he repaired my broken single spring with two two new replacement springs for better operation. Chris was very personable and offered the best and correct options for repair.

Our last garage door repair was in 2002, which we used Precision at that time. 15 years later our garage door spring broke in two pieces. Precision came the next day, they honored a guarantee from 15 years ago AND they noticed that the repair we paid for in 2002, new flow rollers was not done so they completed the repair today! That's incredible customer service. Thank you Preciaion!

Cal was the service person. He evaluated the door opener and the repair. But in repairing it he found my opener was okay and I didn't need a new one. Honesty was greatly appreciated. Sean arrived right on time this morning. He diagnosed the problems with our garage door, and offered a choice of solutions at different price points, with different warranties. We made our choice, and Sean was able to implement the repairs right away. From start to finish, his visit lasted 2-3 hours. The pricing was fair but not a bargain, although I don't know how their prices compare to competitors. The work included new garage opener springs and rollers. The door now operates smoother and quieter than ever.

We have been using Precision door for many years. I recently required service on our garage door, and they were prompt, efficient and friendly. The technician even offered to change a light bulb as long as he was on the ladder! Little things make a BIG difference, this is why we will continue to use Precision for our future garage door needs
