I was very impressed by being able to get same day service, especially on a weekend. I literally had my new garage door opener in hand just 15 minutes after the service man arrived. And if I didn't mention it, hee arrived within 45 of my initial call! It doesn't get much better than that except, the service man was so very pleasant and professional! I have had the opportunity to experience the fantastic service that Precision provides on both of my houses. It starts with the call, their operators are professional and friendly and get you scheduled quick! Then the specialist comes out and explains everything and gives you a very reasonable quote. All you have to do is say, "yes" and your garage door is fixed and working perfectly in less than an hour. Ask for Greg if you can, he is the ultimate professional!!! This company is trustworthy, honest and unbelievably efficient.

Called Saturday with a request for service on my garage door opener and got an appointment for Sunday!! The rep called Sunday to say he would be a few minutes early even! Instead of repairing my 21 year old opener, we went with a whole new unit. He did the install right then and was done in about an hour - including answering all my questions about the unit and programming. Price was a bit higher than the box stores but Lowe's for example has appointments two weeks out at best and have to make two trips - one to assess and then back to install. Keith from Precision was here within 24 hours of me calling and on a Sunday. He had a couple of units to choose from in his truck inventory and even took my old broken one with him. I have added Precision to my contacts as they will be my only go to now.
