My problem was with the door opener. The wi-fi was not working at all. The remote, the wall switch, and the Homelink in my car were working fine. I just had no wi-fi connection. The tech that was assigned to my call didn't really understand the difference between the remotes and the wi-fi. Fortunatly, the person that was with him (I didn't get his name, but he was from Memphis and was doing some kind of training) knew right away that the problem was a bad logic board and that it needed to be replaced. Everything is working just fine now.

All went well with the repair, didn't know I would be required to purchase a safety cable but according to Chris it is a law not to have one. Needed all new rollers so my bill was a little costly. Chris was very nice and knew exactly what was needed. Yes I would recommend your company Thank yoy

Chris called me to let me know when he would be here. When he arrived he gave me 3 quotes. 1. To replace the springs. 2. To replace the springs and 3 bearings. 3. To replace the springs, 3 bearings and cables. I chose 3 for the 7 year warranty, $113.00 discount. I also received a $15.00 internet discount for a total of $748.72. I did not know that my center bearing was plastic. The new rollers have 13 ball bearings and nylon covers on the rollers. The door is has been noisy since the builder installed it. It is very quiet now. Chris was courteous and completed the job in and hour and 15 minutes including the estimates. I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door serviced.

Wonderful service, called at 7 am and they came out at 930. Garage door spring broken. based on condition and age of existing garage door, suggested that we replace the entire door, but gave me the options of which I wanted to do. Door is 20 years old and shows signs of problems, so replace is the smart thing to do.
