I felt like my older chain-drive opener needed a tube up and decided to contact Precision Door as the company had replaced a spring a few years ago. I was already considering a new opener. The technician Brady explained the differences between chain driven and belt driven and offered 3 options with no pressure. All my questions were answered and he was done in an hour. Our garage door broke at 11:30. I called about 10 minutes later and had an appointment for a 2 hour window. Brady was our Technician and was very friendly and clearly explained what the issue was. Everything was finished and paid for by 3:30. Incredibly happy with the work that was done. Will be my first call if I ever come across another issue with my garage door.

I called Precision at 6:30am on a Wednesday morning because my garage door wouldn't open, and they had a service tech at my house by 9am. A spring had broken the night before which caused the issue. By 9am their technician, Brady, was at our house and walking me through options to repair. Our system was old and at the end of it's useful life, 15+ years. It made sense to install a whole new set of springs, motor, and accompanying parts. Brady provided great customer service, walked me through the repair, was courteous and kind even with kids running around and was complete with all of the work in about 2 hours. The immediate turnaround time and customer service provided by the phone operator and Brady blew my mind. I would highly recommend Precision to family and friends!!

I am absolutely amazed at the quick job Brady did. He added a brace to better support the door, changed out the wheels, PM'ed it, fixed the external access panel, and got me a additional remote control for my uncles truck all within a couple of hours. Also, key, replaced the rubber bottom on the door that seriously leaked snow into the garage during the winter! I would sure recommend these folks! Thanks for a great job, Dennis

A quick google search lead me to Precision Garage Door. The like that says garage doors don’t break during normal business hours had me look into them more. Great rating with BBB and no extra charge for Saturday service call so I made an appointment. So glad we did. Brady was our technician. I liked the text introduction. He called when he was on his way. Complete inspection and expert consultation. Took his recommendation for repair and replacement of opener. That would normally be enough for a great review but Brady went above and beyond. I have a very curious 4 year old daughter and Brady was so kind and thoughtful in his interaction with her answering her questions. It felt like we had an old friend over rather than someone we just met. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Since the repairs though we may not have the need for services for a long time but I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends, family and clients.

Our spring broke at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I found Precision’s website and booked an appointment for the next morning. Brady Decker was at my house at 8am, replaced the springs, provided lubrication and made sure all was in working order. He was very personable and a pleasure to deal with.
