The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. The answered my questions and explained how to change the entry code on my new key pad and reset my opener so that my garage door would would close. It appears the the Overhead tech had set it improperly.

On Sunday morning my garage door suddenly failed. We called Precision and Jamey arrived to fix our problem on time and as promised. He was both skilled and very personable. He got us back working again. We will be calling precision if we have problems in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

From 1 to 5 I'd give a 10!!!! Professional, through and through, and worked so hard replacing my garage opener in freezing cold weather. Very nice gentleman and made sure I was satisfied and walked me through everything from nuts to bolts!! Did all he could to program it to my car opener but my car is almost 11 years old and he spent a lot of time trying to make it work. My son, also a Thomas, recommended you when you put in my garage door a year ago as he was very pleased with your work also. Thank you so coming out in this horrid cold. I have already told my neighbors about you!
