Wow! Super smooth trouble free transaction. Shawn called to announce arrival, and showed up early. Repair was made to track and adjustment made. I was able to ask all the questions I had regarding the old garage door that I had. Also time was taken to show me what parts needing to be lubricated in the future. Shawn did an excellent job in repairing my garage door. He arrive at the scheduled time, easily diagnosed the fix and did it. Additionally, he replaced the the seal on the bottom of the door. He was friendly, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I'm hoping I have no future problems but if I do, I'll call Precision first.

Excellent all around. Good information on the phone before setting the appointment to look at garage door problem. Shawn, who then came over, was excellent in every possible way. Explained options, various pricing considerations, pros/cons, what he would recommend doing now, what could wait, etc. Ask for Shawn to help you! He was great. We would certainly look to use these guys again for any future garage door problem, upgrade, other needs, etc.

Excellent service. I requested installation of a keyless entry and tune up of springs, rollers, and door. In addition, work had to be completed in order to go to another appointment. The technician Sean was courteous and arrived on time. Job was completed quickly, reviewed the work with me and allowed me to keep my next appointment. Shawn was very professional ,he started off asking what I thought was wrong with my garage. Then he said he wood give me a couple of choices of what I can choose from from on prices. Shawn checked out what was going with the garage and told me what I needed to make the garage door run properly. I told him which choice I wanted on the garage. If you want to do business with Precision Garage Door, be ready for two things: 1) Technicians who will tell you additional remote openers can only be purchased from them for $55 -- in truth, they are readily available at Home Depot/Lowe's for around $34. 2) A roughly 100% markup on a garage door opener. The unit I purchased was a Liftmaster 8355 -- $420. Readily available on sites such as Amazon for roughly half that cost. I understand markups; I understand a company needing to make profits; however, I don't put up with lies and I think a 100% markup is a bit excessive. This was my experience. I hope yours was better.

The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. The answered my questions and explained how to change the entry code on my new key pad and reset my opener so that my garage door would would close. It appears the the Overhead tech had set it improperly.

Repairman came out in a good waiting period. Told me the garage door was level and that I should put a piece of insulation under the door that was raised up. Funny but before the new springs were placed the door closed level with the garage floor !!

5 STARS!! Shawn Roderick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our keypad was broken, so he replaced that and did a thorough check of all of the mechanisms related to the garage door. He made suggestions without a "hard sell" attitude for which I was very grateful, and I had Shawn replace the rollers on the door. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door replacement or repair. Thank you!!

Our last garage door repair was in 2002, which we used Precision at that time. 15 years later our garage door spring broke in two pieces. Precision came the next day, they honored a guarantee from 15 years ago AND they noticed that the repair we paid for in 2002, new flow rollers was not done so they completed the repair today! That's incredible customer service. Thank you Preciaion!

Sean arrived right on time this morning. He diagnosed the problems with our garage door, and offered a choice of solutions at different price points, with different warranties. We made our choice, and Sean was able to implement the repairs right away. From start to finish, his visit lasted 2-3 hours. The pricing was fair but not a bargain, although I don't know how their prices compare to competitors. The work included new garage opener springs and rollers. The door now operates smoother and quieter than ever.
