Brent Gregory repaired our garage door today - he was very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We have had a number of repairs done in the past but problems continued to arise. Brent was able to identify some issues that caused these problems and was able to fix them and our door is now running more smoothly and quietly than it has before.

Let me begin by telling you I was a customer service regional manager for a large company and know the nuances of excellent customer service. From my initial call for a service appointment to the final moments of the solution to my problem your team was exceptional. Your service person Brett called fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled window and inquired about the nature of the problem. He arrived on schedule and proceeded to analyze the failure of the opener. He clearly articulated the options and did not try to oversell a replacement opener. After a brief discussion he proceeded to remove the old unit and install a new opener. He completed the installation as projected and closed the call by ensuring I knew fully how to use the various controls. If I were in a position to rate Brett's professionalism I would rate him at the top of the scale. Hopefully your other technicians are able to learn from his skills and enthusiasm. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Brent Gregory, their Service Technician, was prompt, friendly, and quickly found the problem. He gave a quote before starting on the work. The support for the track,chain and cable had detached from the stud. The cable had cut thru some of the parts. This was a dangerous situation. I am grateful he repaired every thing, and at a reasonable price.
