Excellent service from the first phone call through the technician, completing the job! Everyone was super friendly. The technician, Will, was very thorough and explained everything that he did, and what we needed to do to maintain a proper working garage door. Precision did a great job!! My garage door spring broke at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Precision has later evening hours so someone was able to talk with me and schedule an appointment the NEXT morning at 8 am!!! The technician, Matt B., arrived before 8am and replaced my door springs. For preventative maintenance, I had Matt replace the springs on my other garage door, they were getting weak and wore. All done by 10 am!! Thanks Precision and Matt B!!!!
