Your technician, Dejuan, was excellent. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough. My garage doors now go up and down smoothly and quietly, and I believe they’ll stay that way for quite some time. Also, I appreciated the new rollers Dejuan recommended installing. The job wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for, and Dejuan did a quality job.

One of two springs broke on my 15 year old two car garage door. Brett and his trainee showed up on time, were professional and clearly explained the issues and options for repair. Once I decided on the course of action, they worked quickly and my garage door is as good as new.

I knew of your co. as I had bought my garage doors from you 10 years ago. When my opener "bit the dust" and I hadn't had any experience dealing with anyone else in this business, I called you. I called at 8:00 a.m., and your technician was here at 9:45. He was very courteous and professional and brought 3 different openers with him for me to choose, which I thought were all very fairly priced.

Absolutely the best service from start to finish. No one wants to have issues with their garage door let alone trying to schedule a repair. The whole process went smoother than expected. Great service. Karen took my call, listened to my concerns, scheduled my repair promptly and was super nice. Will was the technician that came out and professionally corrected my problem. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and quick. The only company I will use going forward will be Precision.

Garage door was possessed going up and down own it’s own. Precision sent Brett and we’re so impressed. He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Explained the problem(s) and recommended repairs without overselling. Precision is well-represented by the way he conducted himself and completed the repairs to fix our door. He made some additional adjustments to ensure the proper functioning of the opener and left the area clean.
