From the start, the staff at Precision were polite and helpful. The woman who scheduled our appointment was polite and consise. Brett was great! He is very knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. He assessed the problem and gave me alternatives for fixing. He demonstrated the products afterwards and made sure to double check everything. Brent did a nice job fixing the door. He was polite, to the point, and fixed the springs in less than an hour. Only issue was cost of the repair but I haven’t had a door spring repaired in many years.

Brett was thorough and efficient. At first we decided against the 7 year warranty package but after some consideration we changed our minds. Brett had no problem making the changes even though he was half way through the install. Very quick install, would highly recommend!
