I called and needed someone the same day as I was leaving town the next morning. Within one hour of calling the service technician was at my home. Brent Gregory explained what the problem was and how he could fix it and what the cost would be. Very efficient! Within 30 minutest he fixed my replacing the spring and working great. I am so impressed that basically in less than 2 hours from my call Brent was here and my door repaired. Highly recommend, and ask for Brent!

He explained everything thoroughly and completed the work in a timely manner. He even handed me your sticker which other companys just attach automatically. I told him to just stick it over the one from Overhead Door Company. We have used Overhead Door for years, but no more. You can't beat the service from Precision Door. I will spread the word.
