Precision exceeded our expectations with their fast, friendly, capable service. As I wrote in a Google review, when our garage door wouldn't open last week due to a very shoddy "fix" by another garage repair company two years ago, I called Precision and they were able to be here the next day during the exact window when I wanted them to fix it. Their technician, Will, was outstanding! He was professional, fast, and friendly. I can't say enough great things about Will and Precision. Precision will absolutely be my first call the next time I need anything done with my garage. Highly recommend!

Great service, Dejuan really knows his stuff !!!! Had to replace my door lift motor and mechanism. He knocked it out in no time…Door broke at noon Wednesday, fixed by 9:30 AM Thursday !!! Thanks guys

I recently moved back to Chesterfield from Florida and bought the home next to my former home. The garage door was not working properly and struggling to go up or to come down. I had used Precision through the years on my former homes before I moved to Florida. They sent out their technician, Brett, the next morning to service this garage door. Brett was so professional and examined the garage door very professionally. He explained to me why it was making all this noise and struggling to go up and to come down. Brett gave me different options and their cost to repair the garage door. When he completed servicing it, Brett showed me the parts that were replaced and completely worn out. The garage door went up and came down without all the struggling noise. Precision continues to offer first class service.

Mindy, who took my call on a Saturday night, was pleasant and spoke clearly and informatively. She was able to offer a repair appointment for the next day, Sunday, at 10:00 AM. Glen Lemp, the servicing technician, arrived on time and quickly presented several options. He then proceeded to professionally replace the broken spring and its mated, tested the spring operation using the door opener, and lubricated all the hinges. Installation time was about 45 minutes. Excellent, professional, cordial service.

Not enough good things to say about the service person that came to look at my garage door. Talking about Jonathan Hand. He came initially back in March. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I remember right, after his first visit, I called your office and expressed my sincere appreciation of the job he did and how he went about doing it. I have told others about how pleased and satisfied I was with the service I received from your company. Every person that I had contact with at Precision Garage Door was as professional as they come. A technician was at my home within 2 hours after my initial call after a power surge fried the circuit board in the door closer/opener. An hour and a half later I had a new closer installed and my problem solved. We had an issue with warranty as a power surge is not usually covered. However, we got management involved and they made every effort to make sure that I was happy with negotiations on a new closer. I will be recommending Precision Door to my friends and neighbors. Came fast and the tech was great. Had I had any idea how expensive you were I would have called a different company and waited. By all measures, parts would be under $200 and he was here less than 45 min. $700 plus tax was a gouge.
