The employees were very polite and courteous. They completed a quick inspection of the door, track, rollers, etc. and offered three options of service. Opting to replace only the broken springs, they completed the work very quickly. The price was reasonable. However, I felt charging a service charge of $59 in addition to labor and parts was unnecessary. I would call them again but ask for an estimate over the phone before setting an appointment.

Justin was great! He diagnosed the issue and had a quote to replace the broken springs within the first 5 minutes. Took Justin about 10 minutes to replace and then test the door function. I will ask for him again to work on my garage door! Besides being friendly he is extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Precision was great too as I am closing on the house I sold tomorrow and called Precision in a panic to get the door fixed before closing. Justin was at my driveway less than an hour after calling Precision. I cannot thank you enough for the quick turn around time!

I had a problem with a noisy opener on one of my bays. John troubleshooted the issue and corrected it. He also brought to my attention the spring that I had replaced earlier in the year (using a different garage door company) was not the correct spring for my system. Next time I'll know to call Precision first with any garage door problems. Special thanks to John, very professional and knowledgeable explaining and resolving my problem.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night with both cars in the garage. I called Precision on Sunday night, spoke with a live person and scheduled a repair. Nick called that he was on the way. Looked over the situation, showed me that a cable was broken. Prepared an estimate that I agreed with and he went to work. Did a Great job on a 34 year old door! Yes - I would hire again.

Pleased that we were able to get a technician scheduled within 2 days. It had been about 10 years since our last service call and had recently been experiencing new "aches and pains" type noises as the door was raising and lowering. Chris was able to assess the situation and give us an honest opinion of what parts should be replaced without having to replace the whole costly door system. A restore and adjustment was completed and the door is working good again... along with peace of mind that the springs aren't going to break on us. The 7 year warranty is great too. Pleased with results and would hire them again to return.

I was having issues with garage door randomly not closing. Sometimes had to hold button down to get it to close. Did not have anything different around them. Although Chris and Adam could not get the garage door to do it while they were here, they checked different areas and was very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate all the explanations and tips they gave to keep a trouble free garage door. Hopefully, the problem that I had will not resurface.

From the person on the phone to the service tech that came out on a Saturday I found this company nothing but professional and SUPER nice. They gave me 3 options to fix my problem and started out fixing the issue with option number 1. When the service tech knocked on my door I was shocked that option 1 worked.
