your description under "write a review" is confusing so I am just going to give a review for total experience. Positives: Joel professional approach. Seems well trained, presents himself well and seems and decent communications skills. Improvement areas: Perception is precision has "used car salesman" approach from my first contact on the phone the presentation of quotes on the tablet I never felt like I was a valued customer and the goal was to see how much could be milked from the customer. I think you can get your margin and still make the customer feel like they are getting value from the service. Call before you arrive as promised when appointment was made BTW... your web site says if a vendor only gives one year warranty on a spring the hardware is "cheap". I was told I had a one year warranty on the spring quoted. you may want to clean that up :)

(Installing a new keypad) We forgot to ask about a senior citizen discount since we are over the age of 65. Is it too late to apply for one? Adam did a great job in repairing our garage door with a new reinforcement bar and installation at the base of the door to keep out the cold air and water leakage from outside. He was professional and efficient in his work. I liked seeing the figures and options for the work to be done before the work was started. I found you on the internet and was impressed with your website and the customer reviews. Service was performed by Shaun with complete satisfaction, and the additional information he provided. I was quoted a price of $79 on the phone, but the bill was $108.00. I did not ask Shaun about the discrepancy.

Installed new rollers/wheels so my garage door would open smoothly. Also use lubricant to insure a smooth open and close.

I called Precision because their number was on a sticker on my garage door. Shortly after I moved it one of my garage doors appears to come off the track and stopped working. They sent a technician out the next day. He called ahead of time as they said he would, showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and was done quickly. Great job, I will definitely use them again and recommend to others!

Precision was fantastic! I would give 10 stars if I could. My "regular guy" didn't answer his 24 hour availability phone. I called Precision and they were at my door the same day, just hours after I called. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to "sell" me anything except for the items I truly needed. This was a great experience! I'll be a Precision customer from now on!

Jason came to my home on August 29. He was prompt & very courteous & knowledgeable. He sent me an estimate for a new door, but I don't see it on my email. I need it to send my lawyer for court approval for a loan (I'm in bankruptcy). I would like a tech to come & see if my present garage door could be repaired for use until the new door comes. Where is the estimate he showed me?
