I suggest you go somewhere else. There is a $69 charge for them to come to your house. When they came to my house they told me they cannot work on my garage door opener it was too old and I still got charge the $69. They knew what year garage dooor opener I had before they came to my house.

KEVIN CAME OUT AND DONE A FANTASTIC JOB INSTALLING MY GARAGE DOOR. AND FIXED MY OTHER GARAGE DOOR. A GOOD TECH CAN THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX AND GET THE JOB DONE .. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEVIN AGAIN BY THIS FALL WE WANT TO HAVE THE OTHER DOOR (older door) Replaced. To match this new door that's kevin installed. Just a great job.

In your ad I saw that there is no extra charge for night or weekend service and that is important to those of us who have a car being held hostage in our garages. Thankfully, we did not have to disturb you on a weekend or night, We called Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for 10:00 AM Friday. Keith arrived exactly on time, was knowledgeable about the product, thorough and efficient; also professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family and I give you FIVE gold stars!

We had a return call stating they would arrive between 12:00 - 2:00, Shawn arrived at 11:30, evaluated the problem with our garage door and gave us 4 options to chose from. We made our choice and he completed the job prior to 1:30. Shawn was professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the whole job.

Adam arrived on time, correctly diagnosed the problem, gave me an itemized estimate of the cost to repair the problem, and then completed the repair most efficiently. He also lubricated the entire moving system and tested the unit for other problems. Adam was very professional and informative, giving me an idea of what we can anticipate from our rather cheap contractor's unit.

Had a lot of issues going on... check BBB Aplus rating started reading reviews and call set my appointment to fit my schedule ....they call before arriving with a pic of your Tech. my wife was very pleased with that...Dan McDonnell was the Tech he explained what was going on what needed to be replaced....had the old thing sounding like new again....everything that needed replaced was right on the truck!! Had a broken spring on my door. My technician Joel Rife was on time and listened to what my issues were with the garage door. He then explained to me everything that he was going to inspect that involved the door. Before he left he made sure that all my questions were answered. Very good company.

Wow! Super smooth trouble free transaction. Shawn called to announce arrival, and showed up early. Repair was made to track and adjustment made. I was able to ask all the questions I had regarding the old garage door that I had. Also time was taken to show me what parts needing to be lubricated in the future. I can’t say enough about this company! This is the second time I have used Precision and I have been nothing but pleased. The staff is so friendly-from tbe first call to the end of the job.
