I gave a call about adding or replacing a spring to my double garage door since the previous only had a cheap one only pulling up on one side. Brett was the service guy that came out and did a safety inspection which found a cable on the verge of snapping! In the end I had a new kit installed while still being able to use old door and opener. Brett showed up when he said he was, got the job done professionally and pretty quick. Highly recommend them and in the future (hopefully not so soon) will be using them when i go for a new door upgrade.

Shawn was incredibly helpful, straightforward & knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with him doing the work & being in our home. Very professional, friendly & skilled. Quick service, was able to come out at the very beginning of the window the next day. We also loved that we got a text with Shawn’s picture & bio before he came. We’ve always used one other company that, now in comparison, is very mediocre. We will be using Precision for all future needs!

All around excellent company. Quick service, called mid morning, had someone out by early afternoon. Patrick was great to work with. Very professional, explained everything and gave his recommendations on what needed to be done and why but not trying to force me to buy something that I didn’t want or need, let me decide on how I wanted to go about it. Overall a great experience and will for sure recommend to anyone who needs any sort of garage door repairs.

Called Saturday with a request for service on my garage door opener and got an appointment for Sunday!! The rep called Sunday to say he would be a few minutes early even! Instead of repairing my 21 year old opener, we went with a whole new unit. He did the install right then and was done in about an hour - including answering all my questions about the unit and programming. Price was a bit higher than the box stores but Lowe's for example has appointments two weeks out at best and have to make two trips - one to assess and then back to install. Keith from Precision was here within 24 hours of me calling and on a Sunday. He had a couple of units to choose from in his truck inventory and even took my old broken one with him. I have added Precision to my contacts as they will be my only go to now.

Price quoted for spring repair over the phone did not match price quoted by repairman. You're prices seemed a bit steep for material and labor.

The #218 springs is one of those items. It is the #218's that is needed to provide the price quoted "Springs start at $199". Patrick came over inspected my repair needs and took information to replace a panel on my garage door. His boss called me later and told me they would prefer to not do the work on my door because it's not a type of door they have access to order parts for maintenance purposes. This company was kind enough to give me a free review of my situation. I would give them highest rating because of their willingness to want to help although this particular door is not within their bailiwick. I have been able to establish support from other companies.

Great service from the installer Patrick. On time and was really fast installing a door opener. I give him 5 stars. The one downside was the lack of options in products on hand. I was told by dispatch that I could only choose from what is on truck that day. I would have liked the option to pick from any of the listed openers on the site. I would recommend Precision and will likely be using them again.
Hello Tyler and I am glad you were happy with our Techs work (5 Star). We understand your frustration with the lack of options as we have been limited by what is available due to Covid. For example, we have operators (openers) on order from May of this year and still have not received the full order. We have been making trips to Memphis and surrounding areas to actually pick up operators trying to keep up. Problem with old door not opening. It was diagnosed immediately , and found that to repair our old 15 year unit was too much. Had technician install a new unit, that runs quite as a mouse . Fast service, technician showed up earlier than expected and was super nice to deal with.
