All around excellent company. Quick service, called mid morning, had someone out by early afternoon. Patrick was great to work with. Very professional, explained everything and gave his recommendations on what needed to be done and why but not trying to force me to buy something that I didn’t want or need, let me decide on how I wanted to go about it. Overall a great experience and will for sure recommend to anyone who needs any sort of garage door repairs.

We had an issue with our 23 year old garage door opener. I called Precision and got an appt for the same day. Shawn came out and was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything, answered all my questions without hesitation, and installed a new garage door opener. Very good experience! I would highly recommend them.

Called Saturday with a request for service on my garage door opener and got an appointment for Sunday!! The rep called Sunday to say he would be a few minutes early even! Instead of repairing my 21 year old opener, we went with a whole new unit. He did the install right then and was done in about an hour - including answering all my questions about the unit and programming. Price was a bit higher than the box stores but Lowe's for example has appointments two weeks out at best and have to make two trips - one to assess and then back to install. Keith from Precision was here within 24 hours of me calling and on a Sunday. He had a couple of units to choose from in his truck inventory and even took my old broken one with him. I have added Precision to my contacts as they will be my only go to now.

Price quoted for spring repair over the phone did not match price quoted by repairman. You're prices seemed a bit steep for material and labor.

The #218 springs is one of those items. It is the #218's that is needed to provide the price quoted "Springs start at $199". Patrick came over inspected my repair needs and took information to replace a panel on my garage door. His boss called me later and told me they would prefer to not do the work on my door because it's not a type of door they have access to order parts for maintenance purposes. This company was kind enough to give me a free review of my situation. I would give them highest rating because of their willingness to want to help although this particular door is not within their bailiwick. I have been able to establish support from other companies.

Great service from the installer Patrick. On time and was really fast installing a door opener. I give him 5 stars. The one downside was the lack of options in products on hand. I was told by dispatch that I could only choose from what is on truck that day. I would have liked the option to pick from any of the listed openers on the site. I would recommend Precision and will likely be using them again.

Hello Tyler and I am glad you were happy with our Techs work (5 Star). We understand your frustration with the lack of options as we have been limited by what is available due to Covid. For example, we have operators (openers) on order from May of this year and still have not received the full order. We have been making trips to Memphis and surrounding areas to actually pick up operators trying to keep up. Problem with old door not opening. It was diagnosed immediately , and found that to repair our old 15 year unit was too much. Had technician install a new unit, that runs quite as a mouse . Fast service, technician showed up earlier than expected and was super nice to deal with.

John was fast and knowledgeable! He had all of the issues with our garage door sorted out within minutes and was able to actually fix the problems within an hour. We're in the middle of a full house makeover. Everything is scheduled to go except for the garage doors. Did research online for what is out there. Knew what we wanted and our budget is set. Called Precision Doors to set up appointment. With small children in the home, What really impressed me was I recieved a text message from the company with a picture of the technician coming to my home. Who does that? Above and beyond!! When our technician, Mike Davis arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our wants and needs. One thing I loved the most was , he was not a pushy salesman!! He did not bad mouth other companies (i hate that, adult version of bullying) . He concentrated on his products. I can not tell you how excited I am awaiting the installation!! Anyone out there looking to update your garage doors, this is your go to company! Did I mention we came in below budget!!

Chris is a very personable guy. Very knowledgeable and fast. Precision Door had me on the schedule within 36 hours to get my garage door repaired. Chris called 30 minutes before arrival within the time slot I was told(2-4pm). The pricing was fair, service great. I will use in the future.
