We're in the middle of a full house makeover. Everything is scheduled to go except for the garage doors. Did research online for what is out there. Knew what we wanted and our budget is set. Called Precision Doors to set up appointment. With small children in the home, What really impressed me was I recieved a text message from the company with a picture of the technician coming to my home. Who does that? Above and beyond!! When our technician, Mike Davis arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our wants and needs. One thing I loved the most was , he was not a pushy salesman!! He did not bad mouth other companies (i hate that, adult version of bullying) . He concentrated on his products. I can not tell you how excited I am awaiting the installation!! Anyone out there looking to update your garage doors, this is your go to company! Did I mention we came in below budget!!

Chris is a very personable guy. Very knowledgeable and fast. Precision Door had me on the schedule within 36 hours to get my garage door repaired. Chris called 30 minutes before arrival within the time slot I was told(2-4pm). The pricing was fair, service great. I will use in the future.

I suggest you go somewhere else. There is a $69 charge for them to come to your house. When they came to my house they told me they cannot work on my garage door opener it was too old and I still got charge the $69. They knew what year garage dooor opener I had before they came to my house.

In your ad I saw that there is no extra charge for night or weekend service and that is important to those of us who have a car being held hostage in our garages. Thankfully, we did not have to disturb you on a weekend or night, We called Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for 10:00 AM Friday. We had a return call stating they would arrive between 12:00 - 2:00, Shawn arrived at 11:30, evaluated the problem with our garage door and gave us 4 options to chose from.
