I have a sticker on the inside of my garage door with your company phone number, I called this morning at 7:30, got an apt at 10am, and the door was fixed by 10:30. Excellent service. I requested installation of a keyless entry and tune up of springs, rollers, and door. In addition, work had to be completed in order to go to another appointment. The technician Sean was courteous and arrived on time. Job was completed quickly, reviewed the work with me and allowed me to keep my next appointment. I used Precision Door in the past and never disappointed. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Shawn was very professional ,he started off asking what I thought was wrong with my garage. Then he said he wood give me a couple of choices of what I can choose from from on prices. Shawn checked out what was going with the garage and told me what I needed to make the garage door run properly. I told him which choice I wanted on the garage. Shawn did a great job , everything was running great. He was very professional.

The technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. The answered my questions and explained how to change the entry code on my new key pad and reset my opener so that my garage door would would close. It appears the the Overhead tech had set it improperly.
