I had an emergency repair of a spring that had my truck trapped in my garage! I called Precision and Joel was out in about an hour! He walked me through the options and he got to work. His service was excellent and he did the job quickly!

OUTSTANDING service and very PROFESSIONAL. All opening equipment was explained of what it does, how it works and the current condition. We were given different repair options, with no sales pressure. I have a sticker on the inside of my garage door with your company phone number, I called this morning at 7:30, got an apt at 10am, and the door was fixed by 10:30. Excellent service. I requested installation of a keyless entry and tune up of springs, rollers, and door. In addition, work had to be completed in order to go to another appointment. The technician Sean was courteous and arrived on time. Job was completed quickly, reviewed the work with me and allowed me to keep my next appointment. I used Precision Door in the past and never disappointed. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Shawn was very professional ,he started off asking what I thought was wrong with my garage. Then he said he wood give me a couple of choices of what I can choose from from on prices. Shawn checked out what was going with the garage and told me what I needed to make the garage door run properly. I told him which choice I wanted on the garage. Shawn did a great job , everything was running great. He was very professional.
