I gave a call about adding or replacing a spring to my double garage door since the previous only had a cheap one only pulling up on one side. Brett was the service guy that came out and did a safety inspection which found a cable on the verge of snapping! In the end I had a new kit installed while still being able to use old door and opener. Brett showed up when he said he was, got the job done professionally and pretty quick. Highly recommend them and in the future (hopefully not so soon) will be using them when i go for a new door upgrade.

Just had Brett Warfel come out and service my garage door opener. He was right on time, extremely professional and personable. He explained what happened and also suggested a couple of things I could do to improve the door’s function. Bought a surge protector from him too for the opener. Really appreciated him mentioning this. I’ll definitely use Precision again. Thanks for the speedy and great service.

Precision has installed my last 2 garage doors. The first one worked fine but I upgraded to an insulated one. They are professional, quick, and friendly. And if there’s an issue, they come out right away. I recommend them for new installs and/or repairs.

Brett came this morning to look at my garage door which was not opening quite all the way. Of course when he came, it behaved perfectly normal- multiple times. Brett looked over the motor, rolls, etc and found issues with a few things. Even though the door was not sticking at that moment, he was able to suggest some possible fixes and gave multiple options for work.
