I had to have two service calls to repair my problem. I would especially like to compliment John who came to my house on a Sunday morning. He arrived right on time and explained what was needed...a new motor. He was very courteous and had the motor installed quickly. While the total dollar amount was more than I had hoped, I would call Precision again if needed. Please pass these remarks and a big Thank You on to John.

Adam, the service technician, was was early! When does that that happen? He diagnosed the problem with my existing opener quickly and explained it to me clearly. I purchased a new opener from him and he had it installed in 40 minutes. Excellent service; excellent work. I'd definitely recommend Precision.

Chris called me to let me know when he would be here. When he arrived he gave me 3 quotes. 1. To replace the springs. 2. To replace the springs and 3 bearings. 3. To replace the springs, 3 bearings and cables. I chose 3 for the 7 year warranty, $113.00 discount. I also received a $15.00 internet discount for a total of $748.72. I did not know that my center bearing was plastic. The new rollers have 13 ball bearings and nylon covers on the rollers. The door is has been noisy since the builder installed it. It is very quiet now. Chris was courteous and completed the job in and hour and 15 minutes including the estimates. I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door serviced.

I will review/listen to the call-in and see what was said. Our operators should have told you that "springs start at $199.99 and go up from there."Our techs have all types of springs on their trucks so they should have been available. Let me check and I will respond later. ....I see you declined the service to be completed. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. (The call-in operator did properly alert to the spring cost but that can be confusing)

Excellent all around. Good information on the phone before setting the appointment to look at garage door problem. Shawn, who then came over, was excellent in every possible way. Explained options, various pricing considerations, pros/cons, what he would recommend doing now, what could wait, etc. Ask for Shawn to help you! He was great. We would certainly look to use these guys again for any future garage door problem, upgrade, other needs, etc.
