Reliable and immediately began to trouble shoot to identify the problem. Next a detailed explanation is provided using descriptive and specific detail and how the problem could be resolved. An estimate is given based on a couple of resolution based on the resolution. In my situation I was given a choice which included two scenarios and cost. It was a real pleasure doing business with Prrecision, I highly recommend this company as an honest and reliable service advocate.

My garage door is 15+ years old and was making noise while coming down. The service man came, fully inspected all the partst and found nothing wrong. He lubricated the rolling parts and left with the service. No sales pitch which I like the most.

My garage door's torsion spring broke. Chris and Kyle from Precision were able to be out the next day, a Saturday. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving. They quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate. ~$700 for two new springs, new bearings, bearing plates, cables and door rollers, service & 7 year warranty. The work took about an hour. It's more than I was hoping to spend but that's not based on anything other than my own cheapness - meanwhile I'm glad to not have had to do the work myself! Now I won't have to worry about the door for another 7-10 years.

We were very pleased with the speediness to attending to our call. We called that morning and Chris (ID#2) was there about an hour later. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and proffessional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and offered options for us. Once we chose the best option he got to work quickly. He completed the work promptly and effectively. Cal was prompt and efficient. The spring for one garage door was broken. He checked the two garage door systems and made a comprehensive suggestion including the spring and new rollers for the both doors.. Our last garage door repair was in 2002, which we used Precision at that time. 15 years later our garage door spring broke in two pieces. Precision came the next day, they honored a guarantee from 15 years ago AND they noticed that the repair we paid for in 2002, new flow rollers was not done so they completed the repair today! That's incredible customer service. Thank you Preciaion!

From the person on the phone to the service tech that came out on a Saturday I found this company nothing but professional and SUPER nice. They gave me 3 options to fix my problem and started out fixing the issue with option number 1. When the service tech knocked on my door I was shocked that option 1 worked.
