I called them at night and they had availability the next day. Brett was super nice and very informative on what my options were before he worked on anything. He got everything done pretty quickly and explained again what he did and made sure it worked before I left. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the work performed.

I was referred to Precision by the Smiths and I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and kind the tech was. His name was Patrick and he didn't try to sell me a new door or anything I didn't need. He looked at it and said it was still a descent door and he could repair it. I told him I couldn't really afford a new door but he gave me an estimate just in case I would change my mind. I couldn't have asked for a better person to service my door.
