The service was more expensive than I expected, but not objectionable. They were on time, they called, I got a text with the picture of the repair person. Keith worked quickly and performed the repair in no time. I'll definitely call this company again if I need repair.

We have used Precision Door since we purchased this house. They have always been reliable and honest. They have a quick response when you call in for help. I called this morning and they were here before 3. Patrick explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix it and what the cost would be before doing anything. We don’t call them very often because they know what they are doing and fix it correctly the first time. Thank you for employing such competent people.

Meh. I paid quite a handsome sum for an "I think" diagnosis of an issue that really just leads me to purchase a new opener (he didn't have the electric part i needed w him). I wasn't sold on the idea he knew what he was talking about...seemed green. Plus he was super early and disrupted my work and I was trying to deal w him AND my client on the phone. Overall just an unpleasant experience. Didn't hate it, definitely didn't love it. Likely won't use Precision again.

We do that as a courtesy for the customer so there are no surprises. Please feel free to tell our guys in the future to arrive as scheduled and not early if it will be a problem for you. Patrick is a seasoned tech but can be too nice in his explanation to customers, hence the "I think." I am not sure what electrical part he did not have but it looks like you were only charged a $69.00 service fee and your safety eyes were realigned. Courteous staff beginning with phone call and ending with the technician completing the repair. I received a phone message about an hour before the scheduled appointment stating the tech was on his way. It included his name and picture. Prompt, knowledgeable tech explained our problems, made suggestions to prevent future problems with no pressure to proceed. Price quotes, options and expedient repair earned 5 stars. Will definitely use Precision again should the need arise. .

Called for a repair on garage door which was still working but saw a cable about ready to break. it was not an emergency but was informed weekend rates are no different than weekday so scheduled on Sunday morning. Tech called about 45 minutes prior to schedule time and asked if he could come about 15 minutes early. He was very professional and did all the social distancing, etc in this time of the upset world. He provided me a quote of what the repair would be and it was up to me to either agree or not have the service completed. He also inspected our other garage door to make sure there was no surprises there which there was not. In a short period of time the repair was done and he was on his way. Chris was our tech who was very good. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

It was a Sunday afternoon... We were on our way out of town when our garage door broke and would not close.we were packed and walking out the door and thought for sure our trip was canceled because we wouldn’t be able to get someone out to fix it until the next day. We called Precision and they had someone there in 30 minutes! Thank you for the Fast response, very professional technician and reasonable price!

I was pleasantly surprised after calling Precision at around 9 a.m. I was able to have a service call set up for the same day. I was locked out of my garage door due to broken springs. John Nair, was my tech and was at my home by 2 p.m. and rehauled my 16ft. garage door. He was thorough in telling me what was needed and showed me in detail what he needed to do. He also observed a needed safety spring on my 8ft. door that had never been installed. This guy was focused and had the job completed within record time. He had everything on the van so no delays with ordering parts. I was very comfortable working with John. He knows his business and a true professional. My garage door is so quiet and Better than new. I also have to give him a High Five for rolling my trash can in for me. So Kind! Thanks again John.
