Door spring popped on my residential garage door at just before noon today. Contacted Precision right at 12:09. They responded and dispatched immediately. John Lane was at my door by 12:45 and ready to go. He inspected and repaired everything within an hour, walked me through the repair, and was on his way by 2:00. Fast and efficient. I love that they were available on a Sunday morning. The representative online was courteous and Patrick the technician was very friendly and helpful. The cable on my door had come off and he took care of that as well as replacing all of the rollers to a better quality and checked everything to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend this company also because of the quality of work for the price.
