Door spring popped on my residential garage door at just before noon today. Contacted Precision right at 12:09. They responded and dispatched immediately. John Lane was at my door by 12:45 and ready to go. He inspected and repaired everything within an hour, walked me through the repair, and was on his way by 2:00. Fast and efficient. John was fantastic. Thanks for the service!

Just had Brett Warfel come out and service my garage door opener. He was right on time, extremely professional and personable. He explained what happened and also suggested a couple of things I could do to improve the door’s function. Bought a surge protector from him too for the opener. Really appreciated him mentioning this. I’ll definitely use Precision again. Thanks for the speedy and great service.

I love that they were available on a Sunday morning. The representative online was courteous and Patrick the technician was very friendly and helpful. The cable on my door had come off and he took care of that as well as replacing all of the rollers to a better quality and checked everything to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend this company also because of the quality of work for the price.

We have used Precision Door since we purchased this house. They have always been reliable and honest. They have a quick response when you call in for help. I called this morning and they were here before 3. Patrick explained to me what the problem was and how he would fix it and what the cost would be before doing anything. We don’t call them very often because they know what they are doing and fix it correctly the first time. Thank you for employing such competent people.

Meh. I paid quite a handsome sum for an "I think" diagnosis of an issue that really just leads me to purchase a new opener (he didn't have the electric part i needed w him). I wasn't sold on the idea he knew what he was talking about...seemed green. Plus he was super early and disrupted my work and I was trying to deal w him AND my client on the phone. Overall just an unpleasant experience. Didn't hate it, definitely didn't love it. Likely won't use Precision again.

We do that as a courtesy for the customer so there are no surprises. Please feel free to tell our guys in the future to arrive as scheduled and not early if it will be a problem for you. Patrick is a seasoned tech but can be too nice in his explanation to customers, hence the "I think." I am not sure what electrical part he did not have but it looks like you were only charged a $69.00 service fee and your safety eyes were realigned.
