I am so very happy with the whole process of scheduling an appointment all the way thru to John, the technician who repaired my door! John was the best, he went above and beyond his duty for getting my garage door working again. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door! New rollers and eye sensors were installed. One of the sensors was not working and the rollers had a lot of wear and tear.

Precision was fantastic. When I called they gave me a three hour time window and came within 15 min of the first hour. Brett came out within 2 hours of my request, after backing my truck into my opening door. Firstly, the woman who took my call was kind and courteous. When Brett arrived he was pleasant and professional. He explained everything and didn't try to oversell a bunch of stuff. He stayed positive and was very efficient.
